Letromina in Bodybuilding - Generic Letrozole Dosage for Gyno
Generic Femara (Letromina tablets) is an effective medication that is used offlabel for lowering estrogen levels by bodybuilders in professional bodybuilding. Professional bodybuilders using anabolic-androgenic steroids are prone to estrogenic side effects that include bloating, water retention and gynecomastia (gyno).
Anti-estrogens, such as Generic Nolvadex and Generic Clomid, only hinder the activity of the hormone estrogen while Generic Femara (Letrozole) effectively stops its production. Due to it's immense potency Aromatase Inhibitors (AI) present a few drawbacks to bodybuilders.
Complete stoppage of estrogenic activity can lead to negative reactions, specially in the area of lipid metabolism. Aromatase inhibitors are believed to increase HDL (bad cholesterol) and lower LDL (good cholesterol).Besides it is too well known that Estrogen is required for healthy immune function, healthy cholesterol levels, joint health, cognitive function, as well as muscle growth.
Besides Letrozole (Generic Femara) can cause side effects that can include hot flashes, joint pain, flushing, asthenia, edema, arthralgia, headache, dizziness, hypercholesterolemia, increased sweating, bone pain and musculoskeletal problems. Long term use of Generic Femara (Letrozole) may cause osteoporosis resulting to bone fractures.
For most steroid users including Bodybuilders, Letrozole (Letromina tablets) is going to be too strong, and may cause problems unless used in a low dose.
In case you want to run Estrogen protection while on a steroid cycle to prevent side effects such as gynecomastia (gyno) you can run either a Selective Estrogen Receptor Modulator (SERM) like Tamoxifen Citrate or Clomiphene Citrate (Generic Clomid) or an Aromatise Inhibitor (AI) like Letrozole. It has been observed by bodybuilders that Letrozole (Letromina Tablets) will inhibit more than 98% of Estrogen with a dose as low as 0.25 mg or even lower. Usually bodybuilders begin using Letrozole (Letromina Tablets) about 2 weeks before starting the cycle to allow it to fully stabilize in their blood.
